Join us for a night of fun at our highly anticipated Annual Bartlett Bash! We’re rolling out the red carpet to celebrate our collective achievements, camaraderie, and the boundless possibilities that lie ahead.

WHAT TO WEAR

This year, we’re embracing the spirit of the Wild West with cocktail attire and a western flair. Whether you prefer to don your favorite cocktail dress or go full cowboy, we can’t wait to see your unique style on the dance floor!

RECOGNITION AND AWARDS

We love bragging about our employees! Each year you can expect an employee highlight to shoutout those who’ve gone above and beyond. Join us as we applaud exceptional achievements and hand out well-deserved awards.

ENTERTAINMENT

This year we’re excited to feature some exciting activities that encourage a rootin’ tootin’ good time!

You can look forward to:

  • A stacked playlist will a mix of genres that will keep the dance floor buzzing all night long! To request your favorite songs, fill out a request form HERE!
  • A photo booth to capture priceless memories with your people!
  • A hat bar where you get to customize your own cowboy hat to take home!
    • All employees will have the opportunity to create their own hat at no cost. Your plus one’s can purchase a customized hat if they’d like to!
  • A cigar bar! For those who partake, a cigar bar will be available for those who enjoy it, where you can select a cigar to take home!
  • A mechanical bull! Because no rodeo is complete without getting tossed off a bull!

EAT, DRINK, & HAVE A DANG GOOD TIME

We will be serving appetizers, a full dinner, and dessert! 

Appetizers will be served from 5-6pm during cocktail hour. Dinner service will begin at 6pm.

Each guest will be given two drink tickets to purchase alcoholic beverages, after that, the bar is open for purchasing additional drinks.

AFTER PARTY

We will once again be hosting an after-party at Club Karma! If you’re not ready to hit the hay just yet, meet us at Club Karma following the Bartlett Bash to keep the party going!
